I work with small businesses, personal brands, creators, and entrepreneurs across industries, and I am always open to a conversation with anyone who has a brand worth building.

-
Not in the traditional sense. I specialize in four core areas: marketing strategy, social media, content creation, and web design and development. If your needs fall outside of those, I am happy to point you in the right direction.

-
Yes. I work with clients remotely anywhere and am happy to travel for projects that require an in-person presence (ie. photography/videography, etc.). Any travel, including airfare or gas, hotel accommodations, and meals, is the responsibility of the client and will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
-
When you work with Daydreams with Tiff you work directly with me, not an account manager who hands your project off to a team you never meet. Every strategy, every piece of content, and every design decision is made with your brand as the priority. You get the focused attention, the personal investment, and the creative care that a larger agency simply cannot offer at scale.

If you are looking for intentional, strategy-first marketing that feels personal and is built around your specific goals, you are probably in the right place. The best way to find out is to book a free 30 minute consultation and we can figure it out together from there.
-
I have experience working across e-commerce and fashion, automotive, and healthcare, but industry is less important to me than fit. The best partnerships happen when values align on both sides. As long as we share a commitment to intentional, thoughtful work and a genuine care for the brand we are building together, I am always open to the conversation.
-
Both. Whether you are building something from the ground up or looking to evolve an existing brand, the approach is the same: start with strategy, build with intention, and grow with purpose.
If you are not sure whether this is the right fit, book a free consultation or reach out at tiff.kwok@daydreamswithtiff.com and we can figure it out together.

Marketing Strategy
-
A marketing strategy is the foundation that everything else, your social media, your website, your content, is built on. Without it you are guessing. Explore how I approach marketing strategy here.
-
Strategy is the plan. Execution is the doing. At Daydreams with Tiff, strategy comes first because the best campaigns, content, and websites are only as strong as the thinking behind them. Without a clear strategy, even the most beautiful execution can miss the mark entirely.

-
A marketing strategy engagement includes brand discovery, audience research, competitor analysis, channel strategy, and a clear actionable roadmap built specifically around your goals. Learn more about what is included here.
-
Every brand is different, and so is every strategy engagement. The timeline depends on the size and complexity of your brand, the depth of research required, and the scope of what we are building together. Timeline and scope will always be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
-
In most cases, yes. A website and a social media presence are most effective when they are built around a clear understanding of your brand, your audience, and your goals. Starting without a strategy often means revisiting and rebuilding things that could have been done right the first time. That said, every situation is different and this is something we can talk through together during a consultation.
-
Brand discovery is where we start before anything else. It is a deep dive into your mission, vision, values, and voice, making sure that what you stand for and how you communicate it are actually aligned. It is the foundation that everything else is built on, and skipping it is one of the most common reasons marketing feels inconsistent or off-brand.
-
Audience research goes beyond knowing your customer's age and location. It digs into their behaviors, motivations, pain points, and where they actually spend their time online, so your marketing speaks to real people rather than a generalized target. The more clearly you understand your audience, the more intentional and effective every piece of content, every campaign, and every channel decision becomes.
-
A content strategy is a framework that defines what you say, where you say it, and why. It goes beyond posting consistently and into making sure every piece of content serves your brand voice, speaks to your audience, and works toward a specific goal. It is the difference between content that fills a calendar and content that actually moves people.
-
A channel strategy helps you identify where your audience actually is and where your energy is best spent, because not every brand needs to be everywhere. The right channels depend on your goals, your audience, and the type of content that performs best for your brand. Part of every marketing strategy engagement is making sure you are showing up in the right places rather than spreading yourself thin across all of them.
-
Every marketing strategy engagement ends with a clear, actionable strategy document, your roadmap. It includes your brand foundation, audience insights, competitor findings, channel recommendations, and a practical plan you can move forward with confidently, whether you implement it on your own or continue working together.
Click here to learn more about my services.
-
Yes. Implementation support is available through my other services, including social media management, content creation, and web design and development. Each is scoped and priced separately so you only pay for what you actually need. If you are interested in ongoing support after your strategy is complete, we can discuss the best way to move forward together during our consultation.
Social Media
-
I manage Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook. If your brand is active on a platform not listed here, reach out and we can discuss whether it is a good fit for your strategy.
-
Social media management at Daydreams with Tiff includes platform strategy, content planning, caption writing, and analytics and optimization, all built around your brand and your goals. Learn more about what is included here.
-
I offer both, strategy only or full content creation including photo and video production, depending on what your brand needs. See the full breakdown of what is available here.
-
Posting frequency is not one size fits all. The right cadence depends on your brand, your audience, your goals, and the strategy we build together. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins so you know exactly what to expect.
-
Yes, caption writing and brand voice development are included as part of the social media management service. Learn more here.
-
Success on social media is measured by tracking performance data regularly and adjusting the strategy based on what the numbers are telling us. I analyze platform analytics on an ongoing basis to understand what is resonating, what needs to be refined, and where the biggest opportunities for growth are. The goal is always to make sure the strategy is working as hard as your brand deserves.
-
The metrics tracked depend on the platform and the goals of your brand, but generally include:
Instagram: reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement rate, saves, shares, profile visits, and story views
TikTok: views, watch time, follower growth, engagement rate, shares, and profile visits
Pinterest: impressions, outbound clicks, saves, engagement rate, and monthly viewers
YouTube: views, watch time, subscriber growth, average view duration, impressions, and click-through rate
Facebook: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, page visits, and post performance
Beyond platform-specific metrics, I also track content performance trends over time to understand which formats, topics, and posting cadences are driving the most meaningful results for your brand.
-
Social media strategy is the plan, the research, the channel decisions, the content framework, and the roadmap for how your brand shows up online. Social media management is the ongoing execution of that plan, the content, the captions, the posting, and the optimization. At Daydreams with Tiff both are available, separately or together, depending on what your brand needs. Learn more here.
-
Growing a following is always the goal but there are no guarantees in social media. What I can guarantee is that every piece of content and every strategic decision is made with growth in mind, built on strategies and best practices that have been proven to work. Consistent, intentional content that speaks to the right audience is the foundation of sustainable growth and that is always what we are building toward.
-
Yes, community and engagement management is available as an optional add-on to social media management for brands that want a more active presence in their comments and conversations. Learn more here.
-
Content calendars are built in Airtable, Google Sheets, or Canva at no additional cost to you. If your brand prefers a different content management platform, I am happy to work within it. Platforms outside of these three that require a paid subscription would be billed as a reimbursable on your invoice. We will always discuss and agree on the best approach before the project begins.
-
Yes, always. A review and approval process is built into every project so you have full visibility and sign off on everything before anything is published.
Content Creation
-
I create a range of content including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, in-feed carousels, lifestyle and product photography, story content, and website copy. Every piece is built around your brand, your audience, and the platform it is being created for.
-
Yes. I shoot stills on a Canon camera and video on an iPhone, which means the content feels real, native to the platform, and genuine rather than overly produced. If your brand is looking for high-end studio production, I am happy to recommend someone who specializes in that. What I bring is intentional, on-brand content that feels authentic and performs well in social environments.
-
UGC, or user generated content, is content created by a real person that feels native and authentic rather than brand produced. While I am open to creating UGC style content, my preference is always to build a full, brand-centered campaign that tells a cohesive story rather than a single standalone piece. If you are interested in exploring UGC as part of your strategy, let's chat and figure out what makes the most sense for your brand.
-
Yes. I create content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, formatted and optimized for each platform so every piece of content feels native to where it lives.
-
Content creation is the production side, the photography, video, and copy that makes up your brand's visual presence. Social media management is the strategic side, the planning, scheduling, and optimization that makes sure that content reaches the right people at the right time. Both work best together but are available separately depending on what your brand needs. Learn more here.
-
Yes, caption writing and brand voice copy are available as part of the content creation service so your visuals and words are always working together. Learn more here.
-
Content created for organic social media is not automatically licensed for paid advertising use. Using content in paid ads requires a separate usage rights agreement and will always be priced accordingly based on factors like ad duration, messaging, voiceover, and where the content will run.
Every situation is different so book a free consultation here and we can talk through what makes the most sense for your brand.
-
Usage rights are a licensing agreement that determines how, where, and for how long content can be used beyond its original purpose, such as running it as a paid ad or using it across third party platforms. If you plan to use any content I create for paid media or purposes outside of organic social posting, usage rights will need to be discussed and agreed upon as part of the project scope.
Every situation is different so book a free consultation here and we can talk through what makes the most sense for your brand.
-
The number of content deliverables depends entirely on the scope of your project and what your brand needs. Every engagement is built around your specific goals so the deliverables are always discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
Every situation is different so book a free consultation here and we can talk through what makes the most sense for your brand.
-
Yes, raw footage delivery is available as an optional add-on for brands who want unedited files for their own in-house editing and repurposing. Learn more here.
-
A content hook is the opening moment of a video or post that determines whether someone stops scrolling or keeps moving. It is the single most important element of any piece of content because if the first few seconds do not earn the watch, nothing that follows will matter.
-
Every piece of content I create starts with a strong hook, a clear purpose, and an understanding of what the audience actually wants to see. While there are no guarantees in content performance, the approach is always grounded in what has been proven to work, intentional storytelling, platform-native formats, and content that feels worth watching from the very first frame.
Web Design and Development
-
I wireframe through Figma to map out the structure and direction before anything is built, then develop on Shopify, Square, Squarespace, or Wix depending on what is the best fit for your brand. If you are using a different platform, reach out at tiff.kwok@daydreamswithtiff.com and we can discuss whether it is something I can support.
-
Yes. All four platforms are supported and the right one for your brand will always be discussed during the consultation before any work begins.
-
Web design is the visual and structural side of building a website, the layout, typography, color, and user experience that makes a site feel intentional and on brand. Web development is the technical side, actually building and configuring the site so it functions the way it should across every device and browser. At Daydreams with Tiff both are handled under one roof so nothing gets lost between the two.
-
Every website build includes discovery and strategy, sitemap and page architecture, brand aligned design, full development, mobile optimization, SEO foundations, and launch and post launch support. Learn more about what is included here.
-
Timeline depends entirely on the scope and complexity of the project. A simple service based site moves faster than a full e-commerce build with multiple pages and integrations. Timeline will always be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins so you know exactly what to expect from start to launch.
-
Yes, website copywriting is available as an optional add-on so every word on your site sounds like your brand and guides your audience toward action. Learn more here.
-
SEO, or search engine optimization, is built into every website I build from the start, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, site speed optimization, and clean URL structure, so your site is set up to be found from day one. Learn more here.
-
AEO, or answer engine optimization, and GEO, or generative engine optimization, ensure your website is structured to be found and cited by AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, which is increasingly where people are finding businesses in 2026. Learn more here.
-
Yes, mobile optimization is included in every website build because more than half of web traffic comes from mobile devices and your site needs to work just as well on a phone as it does on a desktop. Learn more here.
-
Yes, every website build includes 30 days of post launch support so you are never left figuring things out on your own after the site goes live. Learn more here.
-
Before the build begins it helps to have a general sense of your brand direction, any existing assets like logos, brand colors, and fonts, and the content or copy you want on the site if you are not using the copywriting add-on. Do not worry if you do not have everything figured out before we talk. That is exactly what the consultation and discovery process is for. Learn more here.
-
Yes, I can redesign an existing website. Whether you need a full overhaul or targeted improvements to navigation, design, and optimization, both are options. We can discuss the best approach during the consultation based on where your current site stands and where you want it to go.
-
As much or as little as you would like. The process is fully collaborative and built around making sure your brand is represented exactly the way you want it to be. Some clients come with a clear vision and detailed feedback at every stage. Others prefer to trust the process and weigh in at key review points. Either approach works and we will agree on the right cadence before anything begins.
-
A sitemap is the full map of every page on your website and how they connect to each other. It matters because it determines how visitors navigate your site, how search engines crawl and index your content, and whether the flow of the site guides people toward the action you want them to take.
-
Page architecture is the structure and layout of each individual page, what goes where, in what order, and why. Good page architecture means a visitor always knows where they are, what to do next, and how to find what they came for, which directly impacts how long they stay on your site and whether they convert into a client or customer.
SEO, AEO, and GEO
-
SEO, or search engine optimization, is what makes your website findable, and without it even the most beautifully designed site will struggle to reach the right people.
-
AEO, or answer engine optimization, goes beyond traditional search rankings and focuses on making sure your content is structured to be cited as a direct answer by AI tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, not just ranked on a results page.
-
GEO, or generative engine optimization, ensures your brand shows up in the responses generated by AI search engines, which is increasingly where people are discovering and vetting businesses in 2026.
-
I build websites with clear, conversational, well-structured content that AI engines can read, understand, and cite as a credible source when someone asks a relevant question. Learn more about how this is built into every website here.
-
On-page SEO is everything visible on the page, page titles, headings, meta descriptions, and copy, while technical SEO covers the behind the scenes elements like site speed, clean URL structure, and mobile optimization that help search engines crawl and index your site correctly.
-
SEO is a long game and timelines vary depending on your industry, competition, and the current state of your website, but building the right foundations from the start gives your site the best possible chance of being found over time.
-
Post launch SEO support is available for brands who want to continue optimizing and evolving their search presence over time. Learn more here.
-
A meta description is the short snippet of text that appears under your page title in search results, and it is often the first thing someone reads before deciding whether to click through to your site.
-
Alt text is a written description of an image that helps search engines understand what the image shows, improves accessibility for visually impaired users, and contributes to your overall SEO performance.
-
I structure content in clear, conversational language with well-organized headings, specific answers to real questions, and a consistent brand voice that both human readers and AI engines can understand and trust.
-
Yes, I work on existing websites to audit, refine, and improve SEO, AEO, and GEO foundations so your site is better positioned to be found by the right people. Learn more here.
Working Together
-
Booking a free consultation is easy. Click here to find a time that works for you.
-
Yes, the initial consultation is completely free. It is a no pressure conversation to understand your brand, your goals, and whether we are the right fit for each other.
-
After our call I will take time to review everything we discussed, strategize, and come back to you with a clear outline of the services I recommend, the proposed timeline, and the associated fee. You will always know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before any work begins.
-
Pricing is based on a number of factors including the type of services requested, the complexity of the project, and the timeline. Every project is scoped individually so you are only ever paying for what your brand actually needs. Book a consultation to discuss your project and get a clear picture of what investment looks like.
-
Both options exist depending on what your brand needs. The best way to figure out what is right for you is to book a consultation and we can talk through it together.
-
Timeline depends entirely on the type and complexity of the project. A social media strategy looks very different from a full website build, and both are scoped individually. Book a consultation here to discuss your specific project and get a realistic timeline upfront.
-
Communication during a project is handled via email or text message depending on what works best for you. The preferred communication method will always be agreed upon before the project begins so everyone is aligned from day one.
-
Revision rounds depend on the type of project. Web design and development includes two rounds of revisions. Social media content includes one round. Content creation includes two rounds. Any additional revisions beyond what is included will be scoped and priced separately.
-
Yes. A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required at the time of contract signing before any work begins. Work will not start until the deposit has been received and cleared. Please note that any delay in payment will result in a corresponding delay to the project timeline and launch date.
-
Come prepared with a general sense of what your brand is looking for from a marketing perspective, what you already have in place, any initial thoughts on the channels or services you are interested in, and a list of existing assets you can provide such as logos, brand guidelines, photography, or copy. You do not need to have everything figured out. That is what the conversation is for.
-
Yes, you can absolutely hire me for a single service. It is worth noting that some services work best in tandem. For example, if you hire me for web design and development but not for copywriting, providing the written content for your site will be your responsibility, either written by you or through a copywriter you hire separately. We will always be clear about what is and is not included before the project begins.
-
Yes, monthly retainers are available for brands looking for ongoing support across one or more services. Book a consultation here and we can discuss what a retainer arrangement would look like for your brand.
-
A one-time project is a defined scope of work with a clear start and end date, like a website build or a campaign launch. A monthly retainer is an ongoing partnership where I provide consistent support across agreed upon services every month, ideal for brands that want a dedicated marketing partner rather than a one-time deliverable.
-
Yes, every project begins with a contract that both parties review, agree upon, and sign before any work starts. The contract will clearly outline the timeline, scope, and deliverables, as well as anything that falls outside of the agreed upon services for that particular engagement, so there are never any surprises on either side. No work will begin until the contract is fully executed and the 50% deposit has been received and cleared.
-
Any work outside of the original agreed upon scope will require a contract change order. We will go through the same review, alignment, and signing process as the original contract before any additional work begins. This ensures both parties are always clear on what is being added, the timeline, and the cost before anything moves forward.
Results and Expectations
-
You can expect dedicated, intentional work built around your brand's specific goals, with every decision made to give your marketing the best possible chance of performing. While no outcomes can be guaranteed in marketing, the commitment to producing thoughtful, strategic, and high quality work is something you will always get.
-
Success is measured through a combination of client satisfaction and performance data including reach, engagement, conversions, website traffic, and any other metrics aligned to the goals established at the start of the project. Every campaign is evaluated against the objectives we set together, and while results can never be guaranteed, the strategy and execution will always be built to perform as effectively as possible.
-
The timeline for seeing results varies depending on a number of factors including the current state of your brand, the size and engagement level of your existing audience, the consistency of posting, the quality of the content, the competitiveness of your industry, and how well the strategy is aligned to your audience. Social media growth is influenced by many variables that are outside of any single party's control, and results will differ from brand to brand and campaign to campaign. It is best approached as a long term investment in your brand's presence and credibility rather than an expectation of immediate outcomes.
-
No. Marketing involves too many variables, many of which are outside of anyone's control, to make guarantees of any kind. What I can guarantee is that every project will be approached with the highest level of care, strategy, and intention, and that I will always be transparent about what is and is not working so we can continue to refine and improve together.
-
When you work with Daydreams with Tiff you work directly with me, not a team you never meet, which means every strategy, every piece of content, and every design decision is made with your brand as the only priority. The approach is always intentional, personal, and rooted in a genuine belief that good marketing should feel like something worth finding, not just something worth running.
-
Yes. You can explore past projects, case studies, and work samples in the portfolio here.
-
Yes, with their agreement. Out of respect for past clients and their brands, all requests to connect with a past client must go through me first. If the client is open to a conversation I will facilitate the introduction from there.
-
Client satisfaction is always the goal and open communication throughout every project is how we make sure we get there. The revision process built into every engagement exists specifically to address feedback and refine the work before anything is finalized. If concerns arise at any point during the project, I encourage raising them as early as possible so they can be addressed within the agreed upon scope and timeline. All work is delivered according to the terms outlined in the signed contract, which both parties have reviewed and agreed to prior to the start of any engagement.

Yes, you can hire me for a single service. It is worth noting that some services work best alongside others, and if something falls outside of the service you have hired me for, that responsibility will fall to you or another provider.
